Your satisfaction is important to us. Your item must be in its original package, unused, and in a condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Returns must be requested by email
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.
*If 14 days are exceeded, we can’t accept the return.
How to Return an item?
If you wish to return your item, please contact us via phone or email to request your return.
For all returns other than damaged, defective, or incorrectly-shipped items (see above), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s).
If requested, you must provide evidence of the damaged items. Discarding items before receiving approval will result in instant denial of your claim.
Important: Please do not ship your item before you get in touch with a customer service representative. Due to the volume, we cannot process packages that have not been approved by one of our representatives.
Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock and we will be unable to ship it to you within 30 days of the date of your order, we will notify you of the delay, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund if you wish by following the directions specified in the notice. If the item remains out of stock for a period of 60 days from the date of your order, we will cancel the order for the item, and you will receive a refund unless you request that we keep the order open and fill it later. If you receive a cancellation notification and would like us to keep the order open, please contact us by following the directions specified in the Return Policy and Return Procedures.
Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
*Important: Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by customers.
We do our best to develop the safest skincare formulas out there. However, everyone's skin is different. Before using our products, please consult with your dermatologist.
What are the Return Exceptions for Gle Skincare items?
- Items cannot be returned if they are opened.
- Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
- Any discounted item is considered a final sale. If it is a final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Is there any Cancellation Policy?
Prior to shipping, your order can be canceled at no cost to you. Once your order has shipped, a canceled order will be subject to the same conditions as a returned order.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace your items, please submit a return request and reorder the items you wish to receive.

Please note that all discounted items and purchases are final. That includes:
- Holiday promotions
- Orders that include a coupon code
- Special Bundles
Please note that in case of a suspected fraudulent activity, Gle Skincare reserves the right to keep the funds for up to 180 days to resolve potential chargebacks and disputes with third parties. The suspected orders will not be shipped until further information has been verified by the customer over the phone. We will not accept order verification via email for suspected fraudulent purchases.
